Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, but the payment must be made in full at the time of registration.
Check In: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.

Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel two days prior day of arrival to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
If not cancelled with two days in advance there will be a one night charge.
Extra person Policy:
In the double room two extra persons are accepted and in the single room one extra person.
Kids Policy:
2 children under 11 years old stay free of charge sharing the room with two adults.
Pets Policy:
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
